Cómodos y para todo el día. Así son los nuevos zapatos que están causando furor entre las fashionistas. Y es que su tacón bajo (apenas llega a los 5 cm) ofrece una alternativa a todas aquellas mujeres que no quieren renunciar a los zapatos de tacón en su día a día, pero que también quieren ir a la última.
Chanel fue una de las primeras en desatar la pasión por los low heels con sus icónicos slingbacks bicolor -como los que luce la bloguera Aimee Song en este post-, y que dotaron de un nuevo significado, mucho más sexy y actual, al clásico zapato.
El éxito ha sido tal que otras firmas ya se han apuntado a esta tendencia, y podemos encontrar discretos tacones en forma de mocasín o a modo de clásica bailarina. Sin embargo, los que vienen pisando más fuerte son los llamados glove shoes. Phoebe Philo, de Céline, y Rachel Comey presentaron esta propuesta en sus respectivas colecciones de primavera/verano 2015.
Y de las pasarelas a la moda un poco más asequible. La firma británica Topshop también ha rescatado el tacón bajo con el lanzamiento de una nueva línea que reinterpreta este zapato en diferentes estilos y tonalidades que recorren una amplia gama para todos los gustos, desde el clásico negro hasta el atrevido dorado, y que puedes ver en este link.
Para ir a la oficina, una tarde de cine o una noche con los amigos, este estilo de zapato promete convertirse en nuestro mejor aliado para esta primavera gracias a esa versatilidad que tanto anhelamos y que nos permite crear desde looks minimalistas hasta interpretaciones más elaboradas.

Chanel was one of the first fashion houses to reinvent the low heel by bringing back its iconic bicolour slingbacks -you can see them styled by blogger Aimee Song on this post-, giving a new meaning, sexier and more up-to-date, to the emblematic shoe.
Other brands have also incorporated the low heel into their new collections, and we can find it in a varied styles, from masculine loafers to the classic and most feminine of pumps. However, the ones that are causing a fashion stir are the glove shoes. Phoebe Philo, at Céline, and Rachel Comey presented this new trend at their respective Spring/Summer 2015 shows.
Following in these fashion houses' footsteps, other brands such as British fashion brand Topshop have launched new lines of low and midi heels that reinterpret the glove shoe in different styles and hues that go from the plain black to the most flamboyant of metallic colours, as you can see here.
Whether you are heading to the office, having a fun evening with your friends or going to the cinema, it seems that this is the shoe you won't take off this spring. And you know what they say: "If the shoe fits..."
